If you are looking for a seaside apartment in Fujairah and you have considered this high tower and this one, here is yet another one in the making (pictured).
This 7-8 floor tower is literally a spitting distance from the second tower mentioned.
It is straight up from the Fish Roundabout that overlooks the Enoc Service Station and the Fujairah Marina.

So many high rise towers coming up, but is there a real demand for them too? What about the rents? Can the local residents afford it or are they basically targetted towards new rent refugees from other emirates?
ReplyDeleteI am sure rents must have risen sharply in Fujairah too, following in the footsteps of other emirates.
There is a great demand for apartments and villas in Fujairah. The big need is for places with 3+ bedrooms.
ReplyDeleteRents are rising but don't appear to be over the top as in other emirates.
Population in Fujairah is increasing by the general growth in industries and judging by the amount of commuter traffic each morning, by people who live in Fujairah but work in Dubai and Sharjah. I would like to see more detailed information on these trends.
